The tourist destination Rincón Bay that is being developed in Las Galeras, province of Samaná, is the next great project of the investment group Abrisa that contemplates the construction of an important high standard real estate and hotel complex. The Abrisa Group, part of the Hazoury family, is one of the most prominent investment groups in Latin America and the Caribbean, with a track record in real estate, construction, hospitality, health and education. Its Cap Cana project in the east of the Dominican Republic is its flagship project and the development that has the most projection in the Punta Cana destination today.

Rincon Bay is a long-term project that will contribute to the sustainable development of the area and in harmony with the natural environment, has a total area of approximately 9 million square meters and 2,450 linear meters in front of the sea in which it is estimated the construction of 9,625 units, with a density of 25 rooms per hectare for the area of Playa Colorada and 10 to 15 rooms for the area of Lomas de Samaná depending on the slope of the terrain. It is contemplated to maintain the construction heights between 30 meters near the beach and 55 meters on the slopes to preserve the environment.

In order to maximize the amazing environmental environments of the projects, two specific areas have been conceived for future development: Equestrian Center with polo field, jumping and dressage, training facilities and stables. They will be complemented by sports areas, beach club and spa amenities, exclusive shops, restaurants, bars and leisure facilities for the whole family.

DEVELOPMENT STAGES The main infrastructures will be completed during the first stage, which will include the paving of roads, water reservoirs, associated distribution systems, underground electricity distribution lines. A main boulevard will be built to serve the different residential entrances. On the other hand it will include beach and golf areas. There will also be a beach boulevard that will connect the lots of the hotel zone and the beach club to the main road, and a support boulevard that will serve for all services related to construction, development, drainage and water reservoirs for the different works.
