A mahogany staircase leads to the gallery and from there to an open-air bar covered with a roof. To the left is the 30-square meter master bedroom with six windows and 4 doors, leading to the front and to the back of the terrace that surrounds the entire house.
The 20-square meter bathroom with a tiled bathtub and shower is housed in an oriel with a round arch. En suite to every bedroom is a totally equipped 8-square meter dressing room. En other other bedroom has a hexagonal form with 6 columns and stucco with indirect illumination, 1 window and 2 great doors lead again to the terrace, one door to the round arch bathroom with pink tiles.
This room also has its own 5 x 2 meter dressing room. At the end of the terrace surrounding the house, on the first floor there is a gazebo with a roof, stonework benches and tables.
All housekeeping is done in the service area that has a room for the electric power supply, a hobby room, a storage room for garden implements, a laundry room, an ironing room, a bedroom with toilet and shower for the maid and a patio for the personel.
